This news reported by the Associated Press July 12, 1997 : "A judge has barred 18 members of a violent street gang from gathering in public in groups of more than two, an anti-gang approach that is becoming increasingly popular in California." If these guys are causing a problem then arrest them and throw away the key. Don’t take away the right of assembly. If they are breaking the law and causing a disturbance, doing damage to persons or property then arrest them. The part that worries me is the second part of the sentence, "an anti-gang approach that is becoming increasingly popular in California." They are talking now about violent gangs. We have seen how this works, getting to the rest of us later, as with the gun laws. The point I am making here is that in order to stop crime they pass anti-gun laws. The gun laws don't work so they pass some more gun laws, and so on. The only ones not obeying the laws are the criminals, surprised?
